Using Arena
You may use Arena for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.
Your information
You retain responsibility for the information you enter or import. You must have the right to use that information and must not use Arena to store unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
Arena needs permission to process that information only so it can provide, secure and maintain the service. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Recommendations and business decisions
Arena may surface priorities, drafts and implementation recommendations. They are practical assistance, not legal, accounting, financial or safety advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your business.
Availability and changes
Arena may update features to improve reliability, security or usefulness. Availability can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or circumstances outside Arena's reasonable control.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe another customer's information, upload malicious content or use Arena to violate another person's rights.
