Arena may handle account details, business settings and information you choose to add about customers, enquiries, quotes, jobs and business activity.
The service also receives limited technical information needed to authenticate requests, keep the product reliable and diagnose errors.

Information is used to provide the features you request, keep related business records connected, protect accounts, respond to support needs and improve product reliability.
When you deliberately use an AI-assisted feature, the content needed for that request may be processed by Arena's contracted infrastructure and AI service providers.
